Our custom goal setting & training schedule workshop is included in Training Essentials 1.

All athletes new to our Community start with Training Essentials, a four-week, 12-class program that will introduce you to the fundamentals of our training programs, and plenty of small group instruction and technique work with National Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches. Training Essentials participants will learn, practice and perfect body weight, dumb bell, kettle bell, and barbell movements, including Olympic weightlifting and power movements, and more. Training Essentials also features our custom 3-2-1 Goal! Workshop where EAD / CFAH senior performance coaches help you set health & fitness goals and select the best class mix to achieve those goals.

The cost for the Training Essentials is $249 and includes an EAD / CFAH custom training log, a CFAH T-shirt, and password-protected access to our online Athlete Center. Athletes must attend all 12 Training Essentials classes and pass a written exam to register forMetCon, Strength & Power, Strength & MetCon, CrossFit Boot Camp or CrossFit Women classes.

A training log & CFAH T-shirt is included with Training Essentials.
